REDDITCH skipper Nev Mason is set to turn to youth after conceding the title to runaway leaders Smethwick and Wroxeter.
The Bromsgrove Road side beat lowly Wheaton Aston at the weekend to stay in the chasing pack to finish third.
But Mason said there was little hope of his side gatecrashing the top two, and with only the Division Two West champions going up to Division One, he is happy to bring down the average age of the team.
The Redditch skipper put his money where his mouth is at the weekend by handing a first team debut to 17-year-old Richard Stokes as the town side bagged another 20 points.
But wins for the top two as well as Shifnal and Fordhouses meant little change in the top half.
Wroxeter and Smethwick maintained a fifty point cushion over Redditch, Shifnal and Fordhouses as the league fixtures went by the form book.
Mason is hoping Chris Gibson will have recovered from a hamstring problem in time for Saturday's trip to Stourbridge (1pm start).
