ALCESTER and Ragley Park stayed in the Cotswold Hills One promotion hunt with a mid-table win over Broadway at the weekend.
The Ragley Park side returned 204 for nine before restricting their opponents to 197 for nine as they held on for a seven run win.
Leaders Winchcombe slightly extended their lead by picking up 20 points in a weekend win to take them 3.3 points clear of Alcester in a league decided by average points.
And second placed Tanworth in Arden stayed 0.67 ahead of Alcester by pocketing 19 points on Saturday.
Alcester entertain lowly Ashton under Hill on Saturday (2pm start).
