MONTHS of dedicated hard work have come to fruition as the long-awaited Bidford Appraisal is finally completed.
In the next few days, the B50 group will be delivering appraisal questionnaire booklets to every household in the area, which incorporates Bidford, Broom, Barton and Marcliff.
About 100 volunteers will be distributing the appraisals and collecting the completed questionnaires over the next three weeks.
Residents are being offered incentives to fill out the survey as organisers try to guarantee the project is not met with the same apathy as many other village and town appraisals.
The B50 Appraisal is being keenly waited for by Warwickshire County Council, Stratford Council and Bidford Parish Council, which have all contributed to the project in financial or advice terms.
The councils will be watching for the results as a pointer to future development and service policies for the Bidford area.
A major part of the funding has also come from the Countryside Agency in line with its current rural areas initiatives.
