STAFF and pupils at a Redditch first school embarked on a skipping challenge to raise vital funds to help fight heart and circulatory disease.
St George's First School took part in the British Heart Foundation Jump Off last month, which aimed to encourage children to skip in groups of six for up to three hours.
Each group member jumped for two minutes or until they tired before passing the rope to the next person in the group.
The event was part of the national Jump Rope For Heart programme organised by the British Heart Foundation to raise funds for research and promote the benefits of regular activity in maintaining and improving health.
