DEAR EDITOR - I would like to express our gratitude to the doctors and nursing staff at the Alexandra Hospital in Redditch for their care and total commitment to their profession.
My husband Patrick was rushed to A and E at 3am on June 22 in a very serious condition. Not only did they keep my husband alive; they were also very caring to me.
After they stabilised him, he was admitted to Ward 18 and at no time did he have to wait on a trolley. If it had not been for the quick response of the paramedics who brought him in and the excellent care he received at the Alexandra Hospital, I know he would not be here today.
Lets have more faith in our doctors and nurses and stop giving them a hard time.
B Jones,
Rubery.
