REGIONAL development agency Advantage West Midlands is championing a free breakfast workshop designed to address the challenges facing manufacturers in Worcestershire.
In conjunction with Worcester Management Centre, Advantage West Midlands has engaged key speakers to address employment, uncertainty and change challenges.
The session is due to be held tomorrow from 7.30am to 10am and local businesses are invited to attend - free of charge.
Sales force Development manager John Middleton will address change in the workplace and how manufacturers can adapt.
"Large and small employers cannot afford to miss this workshop as it will address issues at the core of company survival in an increasingly complex market place," said Advantage West Midlands supply chain adviser Brian Johnson.
Flexible
"Teamwork, empowerment, flexible working and leadership are all buzzwords in today's business environment and people expect more from their jobs these days than simply a pay packet.
"This workshop will address how manufacturers can meet the expectations of their employees in line with the need to keep costs down and remain competitive."
Tomorrow's session is due to be held at Bishops Wood Environmental Education Centre at Crossway Green, near Stourport-on-Severn.
