ANYONE who wants to help the environment should look at the British Trust for Conservation Volunteers' new activities and training programme.
The programme for July, August and September features more than 30 opportunities to get out into Worcestershire's countryside.
Grassland
It is now available at Worcester City Library and the Tourist Information Centre in the Guildhall.
The programme includes dry stone walling in Bredon Hill, grassland management at a historic meadow within Worcester city and wheelchair access construction in the Malvern Hills.
"This is a great chance to get out into some beautiful and hidden countryside and learn more about the natural environment," said BTCV volunteer officer Claire Smallthwaite.
Anyone interested in volunteering should call the Worcester BTCV office on 01905 610289 to obtain a copy of the programme.
