SWIMMING: A Holy Trinity School team took third place at the Bazuka National Swimming Championships for Primary Schools.
Heather Keen, Caroline Park, Aimee Cook and Iskra Lawrence achieved the accolade in the mixed stroke relay and were joint sixth in the freestyle relays.
Competing with over 7,000 students in local and divisional rounds, the Kidderminster school reached the national stage for the first time.
They were one of only 24 who qualified for the event at Sheffield.
Their mixed stroke relay time was improved to one minute 8.63 seconds at the final stage of the English Schools' Swimming Association event.
