WAYNE Mellinge was the winner of the Angling Plus Classic event at Moorlands Farm Fishery.
Mellinge won with two points and 100lb 6oz of fish caught in the event which featured two four-hour matches.
The top four anglers each had two points but Mellinge won with the greatest weight caught and was handed £700 prize money.
Full result: Mellinge 100lb 6oz, Darren Clewley 98-9, Neil McKinnon 98-5, Mark Mosley 76-11.

The event was fished on Meadow, Bank, Moors and Silver Pool.

Sunday, Meadow: Ian Whitehouse 105-8, A Robinson 84-8, P Whitehouse 75-15.
Sunday, Island, three hours 30 minutes: Kye Faulkner 86-14, D Searle 69-8, Nick Pountain 63-6.
Teaching for juniors will take place on Mondays and Fridays with matches on Tuesdays.
