COMPANY director Paul Harrison had been put under the supervision of the probation service after he admitted a Christmas Day assault on his partner.
Margaret Foreman had been punched and kicked and turned out of their home in Severnside South, Bewdley, magistrates were told at Kidderminster.
The couple quarrelled when they returned from a golf club Christmas lunch.
Mrs Foreman found herself on the street without her keys and called police from a public phone.
Harrison, 52, was made subject of a one-year rehabilitation order and told to pay £55 costs.
The couple were reconciled and living together, said his solicitor, Alan Bull.
