A former director of a Kidderminster-based company which went into liquidation with debts of more than £500,000 has agreed to a seven-year ban from company management.
William Blanco, of Solihull, was a director of Envoy Design and Manufacturing at the Firs Industrial Estate in Stourport Road.
The company went into liquidation in March, 2000 with estimated debts of £527,037.
