THE Three Counties Showground has been chosen for the inaugural "Game and Country Fair" aimed at celebrating the vibrant life and work in the countryside.
Organised by Outdoor Events Ltd and endorsed by the Country Land and Business Association, the NFU and the Countryside Alliance, the event will run from Friday, September 6 to Sunday, September 8.
Th show will promote the countryside and all aspects of rural life, hosting a variety of features and exhibitors across a range of interest including country sports, food, drink and fashion, as well as providing a forum for discussions on key issues affecting the countryside such as land usage and access.
Show director David Morris said: "We have had a great response from all sorts of people keen to get involved with the show, all of whom will be able to provide the public with a variety of interests and attractions. We are confident of having a good turnout."
