A GRUDGE FA Trophy first round tie awaits Stourport Swifts if they can win their preliminary round clash at Mangotsfield.
Swifts can line up a home date with big county rivals Redditch United if they dispose of their fellow Dr Martens League Western Division club on Saturday, October 5.
A victory over Redditch, managed by former Swifts boss Rod Brown, on Saturday, November 2, would then net £700 and a large slice of local pride.
A string of players and assistant boss Gary Whild left Walshes Meadow for Redditch last season and the two have become firm rivals as a result.
In the FA Cup Preliminary round on Saturday, August 31, Swifts entertain ambitious Unibond League club Alfreton Town with the winners pocketing £1,000.
Awaiting in the First Qualifying Round will be either Kidsgrove or Buxton at home on Saturday, September 14.
