FUNDS raised by caring pupils at Bidford Primary School have gone towards creating a new children's reading area at the village health centre.
The High Street health centre has just taken delivery of a new wooden table and chairs for children, the money for which was raised by pupils from the school at their harvest festival last October.
Practice manager Jane Griffiths, said this was the first phase in creating a new children's reading area.
She said: "We will be having some new bookshelves made and some new books delivered soon and we are very grateful to the school for raising the money."
