NORTH Midlands Cup holders Malvern RFC have been given a home draw in the qualifying round of the Powergen Senior Cup on August 31.
Malvern, who won the county cup for the first time in May when they defeated Aston OEs in the final at Stourbridge, will play Old Laurentians from Rugby at Spring Lane in their first ever match in the senior knockout competition.
The preliminary round takes place on September 7, when Malvern or Old Laurentians will be at home to either Walsall or Wellingborough.
