THE other day it was necessary for me to visit an NHS establishment in Worcester.
There, on the wall, was a notice that read: "Abuse of staff, either verbal or physical is not acceptable and may lead to prosecution of offenders."
What sort of society do we live in which makes it necessary to display such a notice?
