A 31-year-old man will be appearing before Worcester magistrates this morning charged with the murder of Michael James Kelly whose body was found in an isolated copse near Bidford-On-Avon.
Kelly, of Teme Road, Tolladine, Worcester, was found partially covered by a sheet by a man out walking along Grafton Lane, beween Temple Grafton and Bidford at noon on Thursday.
A post mortem into Kelly's death on Friday revealed he died of head injuries.
A second man also arrested was released without charge.
