THE money is blossoming for Webheath First School's multi-sensory garden project.
A total of £1,100 has so far been donated since May when the Redditch Advertiser reported the Downsell Road school had embarked on the scheme to coincide with the Queen's Golden Jubilee.
It involves building herb and rock gardens, a feature wall, seating and study areas along with paved and gravel areas, trees and shrubs and a sound wall.
Headteacher John Gooding said working parties of children, parents and teachers had been helping to create the garden.
