LATEX manufacturer Polymerlatex is celebrating its achievement of Investor in People status.
The company employs 70 people at its works in Stoke Prior, near Bromsgrove, and is undertaking a programme of continuous improvement in training and assessment procedures.
Human Resources manager, Angie Abraham, collected the award, which recognises commitment to employee development, at a special event hosted by Business Link Hereford and Worcester.
She said achieving the accreditation as an Investor in People had been an extremely positive process, which had been to the benefit of the company as a whole, as well as individuals.
"While formalising many of our existing procedures, it has also opened up communications and ensured that we take the views of all employees fully into account," she said.
