GOLF: Cleobury Mortimer ladies celebrated successes both home and away recently in a busy June for their section.
Kim Simm won the Straughton Salver on Captain's Weekend with team-mates Delia Kemp and Hannah Whibley successful the following weekend.
Kemp took the Lynne Pinner Cup as Bronze Division winner and Whibley the Sarah Pain Cup for the Silver Division on Lady Captain's Day.
On their travels, Cleobury ladies beat Ombersley 3-1 and Sapey 2.5-1.5.
Individually, they swept the board at the Burghill Valley Open when Ann Breakwell triumphed as Bronze Division Winner and Whibley as Silver champion.
Felicity Farr and Gail Loftus were also in the top prizes in bronze and silver respectively.
Cleobury's June Medal winner was Juliet Dugdale.
