A TEENAGE intruder at King Charles I High School, Kidderminster, who butted the headmaster in the face, has been sent to custody for four months by town magistrates.
Paul Jennings was challenged on the school premises in May and headmaster Alan Brooks took a photograph of him.
Jennings lost his temper, grabbed the camera and used his head to damage Mr Brooks's face. He was detained until police arrive.
Jennings, 18, of Comberton Park Road, Kiddermin-ster, admitted the assault and taking a car without permission, damaging it, driving it while disqualified and without insurance and taking another car from Worcester. He was banned from driving for another two years.
He had taken a Metro car from a house in Chester Road North and knocked down a garden wall, said prosecutor Sally Badham. He caused £700 of damage to the wall and £2,700 to the car.
Jennings had previous convictions for assault, his solicitor, Gary Harper, told the court.
He was immature and vulnerable to pressure from others. He recognised that his behaviour had been foolish and he had to make a fresh start in life.
