I WISH to report some positive feedback regarding Worcester's new hospital.
My 11-month-old daughter was admitted to the Riverbank Ward and I have nothing but praise for what may have been a terrifying experience for us both.
On our arrival, we easily found a parking space, although I imagine it could get a little congested at peak hours.
We entered the reception and immediately were greeted by a gentleman volunteer, who directed us beautifully to our destination.
My daughter was seen swiftly and efficiently and was constantly observed by doctors and the registrar.
I can honestly say that I have never been so impressed with the care given to us both.
The building is light, airy, clean and very welcoming.
It is unfortunate that we have to travel so far to reach this hospital. However, the care and service was 10 times better than I have ever seen at Kidderminster Hospital.
I suggest to anyone who wishes to criticise this establishment that they go and visit it for themselves.
Thank-you gain to everyone in Riverbank Ward for making Grace and I feel so comfortable during our stay.
