WORCESTERSHIRE'S John Bick-erton was tucked in behind the leaders as the second round of the Barclays Scottish Open got under way at Loch Lomond today.
The Droitwich Golf Club member fired a magnificent four- under-par 67 to trail overnight leader Justin Rose by just two shots.
Bickerton's first round was blighted by just two bogeys as he peppered the greens with four birdies and a magnificent eagle three at the par five 13th.
Warren Bennett took advantage of fine early conditions todat to move alongside Rose. The 30-year-old from Ashford followed five opening pars with birdies at the sixth and ninth.
