POLICE are calling for witnesses to help solve two violent attacks in the Bromsgrove area.
The first attack, on Friday, June 28, resulted in the victim losing his mobile phone and a small amount of money.
The victim, a 17-year-old male, was threatened and then assaulted after handing over his belongings.
A similar attack happened on Friday, July 5, when a man was grabbed and forced into a side alley along Birmingham Road.
His attackers again threatened violence, forcing him to hand over his wallet.
Two men, one white and one black, are believed to have carried out these attacks.
Officers want to speak to a young man who claimed that two men had threatened him outside Victoria Wines on the Birmingham Road half an hour before the second attack.
They believe he may have vital information which will help them catch the attackers.
