INQUESTS have been opened into the deaths of two men killed in a motorbike collision near Malvern.
Motorcyclist Kevin Taylor, aged 28, of Bosbury Road, Malvern, and his passenger, Mark Hitchins, also 28, of Boswell Court, Howsell Road, Malvern, died when their 600cc Yamaha bike collided with a Renault Clio, the inquest heard yesterday.
The incident happened on Saturday on a country lane at Hall Green.
Mr Taylor, a retained firefighter at Malvern Fire Station, and Mr Hitchins, son of leading firefighter John Hitchins, were pronounced dead at the scene.
The results of the post mortems are not yet known.
The inquests have been adjourned for three months by Worcestershire coroner Victor Round.
