AN FOUR-GOAL blitz of Evesham United gave Kidderminster Harriers their first win of the pre-season programme.
But it took 38 minutes for Harriers to take the lead against their Dr Martens League Western Division opponents.
Andy Ducros, running onto Lee Ayres' chipped pass, lobbed the keeper to put the visitors into the driving seat at Common Road.
Minutes later, the second goal arrived when Ayres again was the provider and big forward Drewe Broughton finished the chance off.
There were eight substitutions in the second half but Harriers went on to add two further goals through Andy Corbett and Sam Shilton.
Corbett was unselfishly set up by Daire Doyle before Shilton capitalised on a poor kick from the Evesham keeper.
HARRIERS: Brock (Danby 70), Joy, Hinton (Lower 70), Sall (Khela 70), Smith (Shilton 54), Ayres, Parrish (Doyle 54), Ducros (Heath 70), Williams, Henriksen (Corbett 54), Broughton (Foster 46).
