PUPILS at a Worcester school took part in an array of team-building activities in preparation for the next school year.
Forty Year 10 pupils from Bishop Perowne CE High School visited Top Barn Farm, near Holt Heath, yesterday.
They took part in activities such as bridge-building, archery and filling a watershoot.
"It was an excellent day," said Steve High, head of Year 10 at the Merriman's Hill school.
"Next year these pupils have got to work with junior pupils when they become form reps.
"Yesterday they had to work with people they had never met before, make decisions and work by decisions that were made by others.
"These exercises are normally done for businesses, it's the first time it has been done by 15-year-olds. I want to say a massive thank you to Richard Harper and everyone at Top Barn Farm."
The pupils also looked at issues such as vandalism and bullying during their day out of the classroom.
