PLANS to expand Arrow Valley Countryside Centre to generate more income and increase its popularity have been mooted.
A steering group made up of Redditch councillors has been set up to look at how the centre, which opened more than two years ago, is operating.
The centre's popularity has rocketed since it opened, with visitor numbers going from 70,000 in its first year to 150,000 from April 2001 to April 2002.
A number of projects and activities already take place at the centre and the steering group is now set to extend them.
