SCHOOLCHILDREN at a Barnt Green school were all of a flutter when Mr Rotavator came to call.
The popular youngsters' TV gardener spent the day at St Andrew's First School and, as part of a whole host of activities, brought a butterfly box with him.
The entire school was involved in the visit, which took place last Friday and, apart from releasing butterflies, also saw Mr Rotavator talk to the youngsters about the environment and nature and ended with the children all taking home their own potted plant.
"It was absolutely fantastic," said Jane Sleight, a teacher at the school who organised the event.
"The children had never seen a butterfly coming out of a cocoon before. A big thumbs up!"
