BRAINY pupils from a Bromsgrove independent school are being snapped up by leading grammar schools in the West Midlands.
The Mount School, in Birmingham Road, is delighted with the number of places students have scooped at leading educational establishments.
Twenty-eight year six children have received a total of 48 offers at 20 different schools, including Handsworth Grammar, Alcester Grammar and Camp Hill Girls' School.
Seven scholarships have also been offered to the students.
The news pleased Mount headteacher Stephen Robinson, who leaves the UK this year to become headteacher at a new international school in Bangkok.
"I am absolutely delighted with these superb results. The children have worked really hard and fully deserve their success," he told the Advertiser/Messenger.
