DERBY opponents Exhall and Wixford and Bidford will be going all out for victory for different reasons in the village duel on Saturday.
Hosts Exhall and Wixford continued their impressive season with another win at the weekend.
Scott Carmichael's side are hot on the heels of league leaders Shipston-on-Stour in a battle for the title and cannot afford to slip up against their arch rivals on Saturday (ko 2pm).
With the league decided on average points won per match, any mistakes could prove disastrous with less then a point separating the top two.
A weekend win over Twyning kept Exhall in the title race but at the other end of the Cotswold Hills League Premier Division, Bidford are fighting for their lives.
The reigning Premier Division champions are enduring a miserable season and currently occupy the second relegation spot.
A timely win over Stratford Bards at the weekend will have lifted captain Nigel Wilson's troops but with lowly Wellesbourne and Overbury also winning it was not enough to lift the Crown Meadow side out of the drop zone.
Bidford have more than a point to make up on the sides they are chasing and will be desperate to boost their average against and Exhall side in the ascendancy.
Carmichael is boosted by the return of four regulars with Paul Hoy, Steve Keen, Matt Hickman and Sam Grinstead reporting for duty.
