WHEELBARROW racers could not have asked for better weather as they ran around Studley in their annual bid to raise cash for a good cause.

Teams of two donned fancy dress as they wheeled themselves from pub to pub on an exhausting trip around the village.

But there was refreshment on hand at each of the six pubs en route in the form of a half a pint.

Cash raised will pay for a defibrillator machine used by "first responder" first aiders in the area.
