A STOURPORT man who denies stealing £3,855 from his 76-year-old father, has elected to be tried by a crown court jury.
Paul Plant, 52, of Chesshire Avenue, is alleged to have stolen the money from a joint bank account over three months.
Kidderminster magistrates bailed him to await committal for trial.
