MOTORSPORT: Stourport motorbiker Glenn Coombes recovered from a shaky start to win the trophy for second place at Tonfanall race circuit.
Coombes was thrown over the handle bars during the second practice race at the Welsh venue recently.
But with the help of mechanic Craig White the 26-year-old made sure the machine was fit for the main contest.
Coombes enjoyed a double boost as he recorded a good result in the sidecar competition, finished second.
He added his thanks to fellow Stourport racer James Crumpton for the help and support he had given.
