A journey through history to the Victorian era was on offer when Severn Trent Water held a "Lifting the Lid" exhibition at Kiddermin-ster's Safeway store in Oxford Street.
It celebrated the sewer system and the separation of waste water and drinking water - one of the biggest steps forward in improving the nation's health and well-being.
