BROMSGROVE Rovers have snapped up Stewart Brighton from Moor Green.
The veteran defender, linked to a possible move to Worcester City over the summer, returns to the Victoria Ground where he enjoyed success during Rovers' Conference days.
Rovers travel to Cradley Town tonight (7.45) for a pre-season friendly ahead of Saturday's visit of Premiership newboys West Bromwich Albion.
Joint manager Gary Hackett is set to run the rule over a number of trialists tonight including midfielder Scott Leydon, defender Raymond Munda and left-back Ben Smith.
Bromsgrove's remaining pre-season friendly fixtures are: Tuesday, July 23 -- Stourbridge (7.45) home; Saturday, July 27 -- Willenhall Town (3pm) home; Tuesday, July 30 -- Hereford United (7.45) home; Saturday, August 3 -- Causeway United (3pm) away; Saturday, August 10 -- Alvechurch (3pm) away.
