VICTORIA and Blakeley Hall finished 24 runs short at Barnards Green in Worcestershire Saturday League Division Three but claimed a losing draw.

The home side batted first against a hostile attack led by David Bannister (3-59).

But Thomas pulled a wide ball onto his stumps and his dismissal slowed down the scoring rate.

All-rounder Amos finished on 60 not out when the innings closed.
