CYCLE routes around the Malvern Hills and further afield have been unveiled.
A campaign to promote the many and varied cycle rides in the region has been launched by the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty office.
Two leaflets covering cycle routes to the west and east of the hills were launched at the lunch-time event, held at the Talbot Hotel, Knightwick, near Worcester, on Wednesday.
The routes take cyclists through woodland, lowland and farmland, on bridle paths and designated walkways, as well as along redundant roads. Most routes start and finish at pubs and shops to strengthen the connection between visitors and local business.
"It's about enhancing the experience for visitors who come to enjoy this nationally important landscape," said Amanda McCleery, officer for the AONB.
The AONB is a multi-agency partnership covering Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Gloucestershire, funded by five local authorities, the Countryside Agency and the Malvern Hills Conservators.
Leaflets are available through cycle shops and tourist information centres for £2.99, or on 01684 560616.
