AN internationally-renowned children's choir touches down in Worcester for a night of music spanning the centuries.
The Toronto Children's Chorus has won plaudits worldwide for its exemplary musical standards.
More than 300 children aged seven and 17 perform with the choir annually, inspiring many Canadian composers to write for it.
The choir's repertoire extends from sacred works of the Renaissance to challenging contemporary pieces from diverse cultures and traditions.
Among the items on the bill at Huntingdon Hall at 7.30pm on Saturday, August 3, are Holst's Ave Maria, Poulenc's Petites Voix and Aqsaqniq by Harry Freedman. For tickets, ring 01905 611427.
