WORK is well under way for the £16m Tallow Hill development taking place in Worcester.
Buildings are starting to take shape as part of the regeneration by St Modwen Developments Ltd.
A new business park, a replacement car park, canal bridge and new road are being constructed as part of the development.
One of the first buildings to disappear from the site near Shrub Hill Station was the Beehive pub which has now been flattened.
