TOWN residents are in for a treat this weekend when a local rock and pop sensation, popular in Bromsgrove during the Sixties, make an exciting come-back.
The Senior Citizens, who have already raised over £3,000 for the Air Ambulance charity, will play at the Waterside Orchard Caravan Park in Hopwood on Saturday, July 27.
Doug Clarke, chairman of Clarkes Motor Services, in Lickey Road, Rednal, and lead guitarist in the band formerly known as The Citizens said: "We are expecting just under 200 people to turn up to the gig on Saturday.
"We play covers from the Beatles through to the Searchers, and all proceeds will go to the Air Ambulance."
Doors open at 8.30pm.
Admission is £3.
