PEOPLE will be able to lose themselves in the bizarre world of a literary detective thanks to Jasper Fforde's new novel.
The author was at Waterstone's in Worcester to meet customers and sign copies of his new book Lost in a Good Book.
This second novel follows on from the success of The Eyre Affair, his first novel in the same series.
Both books are set in the bizarre world of literary detective Thursday Next who is called in to save masterpieces from having major plotlines and characters stolen.
The books are set in 1985 when Wales is a socialist republic, the Crimean War is still on and the most popular pets are home-cloned dodos.
The Eyre Affair was published by Hodder and Stoughton last July and it received rave reviews.
