THE lead singer and guitarist with a band that reached cult status in the 80s and early 90s will take to the stage at Midlands Arts Centre on Saturday.
Francis Dunnery, formerly of It Bites, took up the drums aged 11 and swiftly embraced the more melodic guitar, bass and keyboards.
It Bites had a huge hit with Calling All The Heroes and their debut album Big Lad In The Windmill was followed by Once Around The World and the epic Eat Me In St Louis.
Francis Dunnery performs from 7.30pm and tickets cost £13 or £11 on 0121 440 3838.
