KIND-HEARTED town folk with a passion for the great outdoors are being urged to don their hiking boots in the name of charity.
A walk in the Clent Hills is being organised by fire officers at Halesowen Fire Station, in Hagley Road, to raise much needed cash for the National Fire Service Benevolent Funds.
Hikers should meet at Halesowen Fire Station for the 17 or 26 mile walks on Sunday, September 29.
Admission is £5.50.
