WE should create a new civic award of Choker of the Year for the thoughtful person who has been burning rubbish somewhere to the west of Worcester and filling our atmosphere with acrid fumes.
I am sure other citizens would want to join with me in ensuring that he gets the reward he so richly deserves. JIM EVANS, Worcester.
