A GROUP of youngsters put their best feet forward when they took part in a charity walk.
The pupils from North Bromsgrove High School held the canalside walk to raise cash for the Stroke Association and for their Duke of Edinburgh award scheme expeditions.
Sixteen Year 10 pupils took part in the hike, which started at Worcester Cathedral and went along the Worcester to Birmingham Canal to Tardebigge.
The youngsters raised £740 and the money will be split between the two causes.
Staff at the school were delighted with the success of the event.
"It went extremely well. They all stayed very positive and did the walk in seven hours," said teacher David Gleave.
