ENERGETIC Spa tots were put through their paces when they took part in their pre-school's annual sports day.
Youngsters at St Peter's Pre-School, in Church Lane, took part in the event last Thursday.
The sun shone as around 30 two to four-year-olds enjoyed traditional events like egg and spoon, hoop and running races.
Family and friends popped along to see their youngsters take part in the competitions, which were held on fields at St Peter's First School.
Hundreds of pounds was also raised thanks to the sports days as stalls and events were put on at the pre-school to boost its funds.
A spokeswoman for the pre-school said: "The children really seemed to enjoy the sports day and it was great for us to raise so much money for the group."
