Four star

THE foursome have pulled out the stops with this beauty.

The 11-track album from the band includes the already smash hits of American English and You Held The World In Your Arms.

It's been two long, hard years since the last creation, 100 Broken Windows, from the Scottish band, but this makes up for the time more than enough.

This is the fourth album from the band and is purely Indie at its best.

Just to put you in the picture - think of Nirvana and Coldplay mixed up together.

But even without the smash hit singles released the album would still be a great, songs like Actually It's Darkness and Tell Me Ten Words are just pure genius.

It's just sad you don't see much of the band more often, perhaps one of the quietest Indie rockers of all time but they still beats the pants off other Indie bands Placebo and Embrace.

Although obviously not wanting to be too mainstream, Idlewild have already entered the top ten and are set to do it again with songs from this album.

The Remote Part is equally as good as anything else released this year so Indie is back. But back to stay, it's hard to say.

What I do know is that we should enjoy it now rather than not at all.

More wild, less idle.
