BROMSGROVE Rovers boss Steve Daniels returns to his old stamping ground at Cradley Town for their FA Vase first round clash tomorrow (3pm).

But Daniels, who was in charge of the Black Country side in 1989-90, will put sentiment to one side in his search for cup success as Rovers prepare for their first ever Vase tie.

"I had some good times there and made them a lot of money but tomorrow is about winning football matches," he said.

"The Vase is another competition to win with the possibility of us having a good run.

"Everyone is of the same standard and we'd like to go as far as possible."

Daniels discovered Jon Ford, now at Rovers, and John Williams when both were at Beeches View and sold them to Swansea City in the Football League.

Sam Campagna is the only injury doubt for Daniels ahead of the Cradley match but Rovers should have Matt Coppin and Michael Moore fit again.

Rovers moved to fifth in the Midland Alliance after a 3-1 win at Willenhall Town in midweek.

"It was a good win and keeps us in touch at the top," added Daniels.
