MOTORSPORT: Dunley's Elton Sheldon had mixed fortunes at Brands Hatch in the seventh and eighth rounds of the Volkswagen Racing Cup.
Sheldon qualified his Beetle RSi in 12th position on the grid for the first of the day's races.
He fought through to sixth place by the fall of the chequered flag but then spun out midway through the second contest.
Both races were won by Ruislip racer Steve Wood. After a six-week break there is further cup action in twin races at Snetterton, supporting the British Formula 3 Championships.
